Data Protection
Personal data
Pursuant to Germany's Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), we are subject to a strict duty of care when processing the personal data that you provide to us online.
Website access data
Every time someone visits a Deutsche Messe website, his or her visit generates site-usage data. This data is stored for backup purposes, but could conceivably also be used to identify the visitor (e.g. IP address, date and time, pages viewed). Deutsche Messe analyzes its data for statistical purposes and to identify trends, but in doing so adheres strictly to stringent data-security standards. Our analysis of this data does not include any attempt to link it to individuals.
